This developer page helps API users find Medsender's governing privacy and terms documents. It is a navigation aid for the developer portal, not a replacement, summary, or interpretation of those documents.
Authoritative policies
Read the Medsender Privacy Policy for the authoritative privacy terms. Read the Medsender Terms of Use for the governing terms. Those linked documents control; this page does not add promises, change obligations, or describe a separate developer-specific policy.
The API supports medical document automation, including fax, secure email links, clients, callbacks, and AI document processing. Integration teams should use the published documentation for technical behavior and the governing policy documents for privacy and terms questions.
Security and developer documentation
Medsender publishes a Trust Center as an additional public security resource. For implementation details such as Bearer API keys, separate test and live environments, endpoint behavior, and callback signatures, use the developer documentation.
