## What to include

Describe the capability you are integrating, such as sent or received faxes, fax numbers, secure email links, clients, callbacks, or AI document processing. Name the documentation page and endpoint involved, say whether you are using the test or live key environment, and include the relevant HTTP status or error text. Clear technical context makes it easier to understand the question.

Do not send API keys, session cookies, callback secrets, or other credentials by email. Because these workflows may involve medical documents, avoid attaching documents or including protected health information in the initial message. Use non-sensitive identifiers and a concise reproduction when possible.
